From my earliest years through adolescence and into young adulthood, I grappled with the belief that my sensitive, empathetic nature was a liability rather than a strength. In an attempt to cope, I defaulted to people-pleasing and avoiding conflict at a very young age, often neglecting my needs and dishonouring my own boundaries. As I approached my 40s, I sensed a profound need for change stirring within me. I began a deep dive into my personal journey, an exploration spanning various modalities aimed at unraveling the intricate layers of my identity. From rigorous self-defense training to immersive energy work, coaching, breathwork, and ultimately embodiment practices. The past decade has been devoted to a relentless pursuit of self-discovery, reconnecting with the essence of who I am beneath the layers of conditioning, life experiences, and societal expectations that have shaped me.
Now, as I approach the milestone of 50, I have embraced my inherent worthiness and pledge to fiercely cultivate self-love. As an Embodiment Guide and Intuitive Coach, my passion lies in supporting women amidst the opportunity that mid-life presents, one of a deep awakening. I am dedicated to creating a nurturing and empowering environment where you can reconnect with your innate wisdom and grace. By tapping into the boundless potential of your feminine essence, I aim to guide you towards greater joy, purpose, and soulful fulfillment.
